Scott M. Hartzell, M.D.

Dr. Hartzell graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine, Philadelphia in 1991 and completed his residency and ophthalmic training at Geisinger Medical Center. Dr. Hartzell grew up in Allentown. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and Sigma Xi Society (Research Honors Society). He is a staff physician at Evangelical Community Hospital, Muncy Valley Hospital, Jersey Shore Hospital, Divine Providence Hospital, and Lock Haven Hospital.

Daniel J. Fassero, M.D.

Dr. Fassero graduated from Creighton Saint Joseph Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska in 2001 and completed his residency and ophthalmic training at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Fassero served as Chief Resident at Penn State Ophthalmology and was named intern of the year at Creighton.  He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology,  and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He is a staff physician at Evangelical Community Hospital and Jersey Shore Hospital, and has courtesy privileges at Sunbury Community Hospital.

Lynnwood A. Walmer, M.D.

Dr. Walmer graduated from Penn State University Hershey Medical Center Medical School in 1976 and completed his internship at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Medical Center, Houston in 1977. He also completed his residency at Geisinger Medical Center. In 1987 he received the PA Physician of the Year by the Governor's Committee on Employment of the Handicapped and was a 2008 Susquehanna Health System Care Physician. He is a staff member of Susquehanna Health System Hospital, Williamsport and held a faculty appointment as a Residents Teacher. Dr. Walmer is also an Ophthalmology Preceptor for Family Practice Residents since 1980. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the PA Academy of Ophthalmology and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology since 1982.

 Paul W. Braunegg, Jr, M.D.

Dr. Braunegg graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pittsburgh in 1984 and completed his anesthesia residency at Hershey Medical Center where he also served as Chief Resident.  He is board certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology.  He was a staff physician for 22 years at Susquehanna Health System Hospitals, where he served as Medical Director of Anesthesia, Chairman of the Anesthesia Department, and  also served on the Board of Directors.

Carol A Keller, PA-C

Carol has been helping patients at the Eye Center since 1982. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bucknell University and her Bachelor of Science in Medicine from Western Michigan University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Jennifer A. Wagner, PA-C

Jennifer earned her Masters of Medical Science from Salus University and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Lebanon Valley College. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.

Jerry R. Hensel, O.D.

Dr. Hensel graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Philadelphia in May 1993 as a Doctor of Optometry. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. Dr. Hensel has practiced as an optometrist in regional offices since 1993.

Tera L. Unzicker-Fassero, O.D.

Dr. Unzicker completed her degree as a Doctor of Optometry in 2001 at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and is an adjunct faculty member at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Unzicker has practiced in central Pennsylvania since 2002.

Breezy J. Moyer, O.D.

Dr. Moyer graduated in May 2007 from Indiana University of Optometry in Bloomington, IN. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA. Dr. Moyer is fluent in Spanish and is also a member of the American Optometric Association and Pennsylvania Optometric Association.

Joel T. Getty, O.D.

Dr. Getty graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago in May, 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular Biology from Grove City College in Grove City, PA. Dr. Getty is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists.

G. William Orren III, O.D.

Dr. Orren earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wilkes University. He served as an Optical Lab Specialist in the U.S. Army earning both the Good Conduct Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.

Jeffrey R. Lose, O.D.

Dr. Lose earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, earning the Silor Optical Achievement Award and Honorable Mention for Outstanding Clinical Service. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University.

Amanda E. Malvica, AuD.

Dr. Malvica earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry School of Audiology, Salus University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of The Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Malvica is a certified ASHA member and board-certified audiologist.
